Concept, design and color consultation. We will help develop the “look and feel” you want.
Planning timeline and with “homework assignments” to help keep you on track. We will remind you when you need certain things accomplished; such as booking certain vendors, sending out save the dates and invitations.
Access to and assistance in booking our preferred vendors. Many of our vendors offer exclusive discounts to our brides! Our team will look over vendor contracts before you sign them.
Scheduling of appointments and meetings – we will be happy take the hassle of scheduling off your hands. We will contact vendors that you are interested in hiring and/or need to meet with such as bakers, catering, photographers, dj’s etc and set those meetings up for you. When needed we will even go with you if scheduling allows.
Compile a complete timeline for your wedding day. This timeline will encompass the entire day from waking up to reception departure. This alleviates all of the “what should I be doing now” stress throughout the day. Copies will be provided to you and the groom as a guide to be placed where you are getting ready with your parties.
Your coordinator will run your reception. They will coordinate events such as grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc. The coordinator will take care of the bride and groom throughout the evening. If you are serving your guests from a buffet, they will fix your plates; they will get you drinks and make sure you don’t need anything during your reception.

Venue selection. We will help you choose the right location for your special day.
Once hired, we will take care of all communication with and oversee vendors through the reception.
Site visit(s) to venue and coordination with onsite staff
Assist with rental items if applicable, such as tables, chairs, linens, tents, heating and coordinate drop off, set up, breakdown and pick up of those items.
Coordinator will also gather personal décor items you may choose to use at your ceremony and reception and place them according to your wishes.
Copies of the timeline will be provided to your photographer, dj, and videographer (if applicable).
They will distribute any final payments to your vendors as well as tips you choose to give. They can even give you advice on the tip amount if you wish.

*Due to increased fuel prices, mileage for site visits and meetings may be charged.
For weddings outside of the greater Myrtle Beach area, a travel charge may be added.
Couples may also be responsible for providing planners overnight accommodations for weddings over an hour away.
