Our packages and services are customized through years of experience to complete your every need. Our packages and services ensure the most professional and affordable event management services.

*Due to increased fuel prices, mileage for site visits and meetings may be charged. 
For weddings outside of the greater Myrtle Beach area, a travel charge may be added. 
Couples may also be responsible for providing planners overnight accommodations for weddings over an hour away.

Pricing Plan Starting at $2,000

  • Initial Consultation with Marnie & Lauri

  • Upon Contract:

    • Unlimited communication to include email, phone, text, and periodic in-person meetings

    • Develop and manage budget

    • Develop all concept, color, décor schemes and catering details

    • Plan timeline to keep couples  on track. We will remind you when you need certain things accomplished; such as booking certain vendors, sending out save the dates and invitations. 

    • Assist with venue selection(s), attend all vendor meetings, and on-site visits

    • Access to and assistance with booking of our preferred vendors

    • Scheduling of all appointments and meetings

    • Review all vendor contracts prior to signing

    • Assist with rental items if applicable, such as tables, chairs, linens, tents, heating and coordinate drop off, set up, breakdown and pick up 

    • Access to all KD décor, subject to availability

  • Day of Event:

    • Arrive at the venue prior to all vendors​ and remain onsite until all details have been completed

    • Ensure proper setup of venue

    • Check-In all vendors

    • Distribute timelines to applicable vendors

    • Compile a complete timeline for your wedding day. This timeline will encompass the entire day from waking up to reception departure. Copies will be provided to you and the groom as a guide which will be placed where the parties are getting ready

    • Finalize décor setup

    • Coordinate wedding party & ceremony

    • Manage all events of the reception

    • Deliver final payment(s) to applicable vendor(s); including tips

    • Pack up all personal items for removal from the venue by previously designated person

  • Day of Event:

    • Arrive at the venue prior to all vendors​ and remain onsite until all details have been completed

    • Ensure proper setup of venue

    • Check-In all vendors

    • Distribute timelines to applicable vendors

    • Finalize décor setup

    • Coordinate wedding party & ceremony

    • Manage all events of the reception

    • Deliver final payment(s) to applicable vendor(s); including tips

    • Pack up all personal items for removal from the venue by previously designated person

  • Initial Consultation with Marnie or Lauri

  • Upon Contract

    • Unlimited communication to include email, phone, text, and periodic in-person meetings

    • Assist with all concept, color, décor, and catering details

    • Assist in the vendor selection process and attend vendor meetings when possible

    • Multiple site visit to venue and coordination with onsite staff as needed

    • Assist with pick up and return of rental items, if applicable 

    • Access to non-rental décor items

  • Initial Consultation

  • 30 days prior to event:

    • KD will take over all communications with vendors​

    • Conduct final venue walk-thru

    • Review event décor setup and catering details

    • Create personalized timeline of the event including processional lineup, reception entrance, and exit

    • Unlimited phone and email communications

  • Day of Event:

    • Arrive at the venue prior to all vendors​ and remain onsite until all details have been completed

    • Ensure proper setup of venue

    • Check-In all vendors

    • Distribute timelines to applicable vendors

    • Finalize décor setup

    • Coordinate wedding party & ceremony

    • Manage all events of the reception

    • Deliver final payment(s) to applicable vendor(s); including tips

    • Pack up all personal items for removal from the venue by previously designated person

Just The Details

 

We will compile a reception timeline for you using the information you give us and email it to you. We create the order of wedding party line up for both the ceremony and those you wish to be announced for the reception entrance.  â€‹

The Look

 

Assistance in color schemes and décor from your conception to achieve the look and feel you want for your event. This will include any information we have or can find to help you locate the items you want to rent or purchase for your event.

Center of Attention

 

We will create centerpieces for your reception. Whether it’s tables lined with greenery, floral vases, candles or all of the above. We will deliver these items to your venue.
