Silver Package

The Package is for the client that has everything under control but wants to enjoy their event.

Pricing Plan Starting at $1,900

*Due to increased fuel prices, mileage for site visits and meetings may be charged. For weddings outside of the greater Myrtle Beach area, a travel charge may be added. Couples may also be responsible for providing planners overnight accommodations for weddings over an hour away. 

  • Initial Intake Meeting 

  • May provide suggested vendors to Client upon request

  • One month prior to the wedding, meet with the client and receive all vendor contact information. 

  • Email, phone and text communications during the month of the event. 

  • All concepts, design and color choices turned over to coordinators.

  • Venue selection. We will help you choose the right location for your special day.

  • One month prior to the event, we will take care of all communication with and oversee vendors through the reception.

  • Site visit to venue and coordination with onsite staff

  • Assist with pick up and return of rental linens if applicable 

  • Coordinate delivery and pick up of other rental items such as tables, chairs, tents, heating, decor etc.

  • Coordinator will also gather personal décor items you may choose to use at your ceremony and reception and place them according to your wishes. 

  • Compile a complete timeline for your wedding day. This timeline will encompass the entire day from waking up to reception departure. This alleviates all of the “what should I be doing now” stress throughout the day. Copies will be provided to you and the groom as a guide to be placed where you are getting ready with your parties. 

  • Copies of the timeline will be provided to your photographer, dj, and videographer (if applicable).

  • Your coordinator will run your reception. They will coordinate events such as grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc. The coordinator will take care of the bride and groom throughout the evening. If you are serving your guests from a buffet, they will fix your plates; they will get you drinks and make sure you don’t need anything during your reception. 

  • They will distribute any final payments to your vendors as well as tips you choose to give. They can even give you advice on the tip amount if you wish. 

  • Pack up all personal belongings and décor items of the bride and groom to be taken from the venue by them or whomever they designate.  This does not include cleaning of the venue or breaking down of tables and chairs. If your venue does not provide this service you must delegate this responsibility to someone prior to the event date and provide that name and contact number to the coordinators.
